Sophie Jamshidi
Sophie originally started Yoga whilst working as a Professional Dancer.
Having travelled the world and using yoga as a way to stay agile, strong, balanced and open-minded, the benefits she felt were inspiring and helped her stay injury free in a very demanding career.
She discovered a new passion and went on to train as a teacher.
Sophies' background and anatomical knowledge shines through in her teaching, giving excellent quality and bio-mechanical teaching points and variations on asanas (poses) and exercises. Always offering modifications for your needs. You will always be encouraged to practise safely, within YOUR limits, while challenging your self to new heights.
